Portland In the National News... Again!

USA Today reported that Portland was founded in the mid-19th century as a shipping and logging center (which prompted one of its first nicknames, Stumptown), and has been a poster child for progressive urban planning for decades. Check out the newspaper article online at USA Today .

Last Call for Alcohol...

Believe it or not, the OLCC has relaxed its rules on alcohol delivery. Oregonians can call their local grocer and schedule same-day delivery of wine and/or beer in unlimited quantities. Not so fast—orders must be placed by 9 a.m. and delivered by 9 p.m.
