Neighborhood Small Grants » SE Portland Information Session

Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Coalition has $43,114 in grant funds available for neighborhood and community-based groups. Grants may range from $500-$5000. The grants program's goal is to provide neighborhood and community-based organizations an opportunity to build community, attract new and diverse membership, and sustain those already involved. Visit the Southeast Uplift website for more information and to download an application form.
