This holiday season Castagna will continue the tradition of the French-inspired family-style holiday dinner Réveillon de Noêl on December 23 at 6:30 p.m. The menu created by chef Elias Cairo features traditional Goose prepared two ways - braised leg and thigh and roasted breast, along with roasted vegetables, the popular Bûche de Noêl holiday dessert and two glasses of wine. The holiday dinner is $55 per person, not including gratuity. Call Castagna for reservations at 503-231-7373. Three for $30 -- Castagna's main dining room serves a value priced three course meal every evening, Wednesday through Saturday for $30. A recent menu included: Butter lettuce salad with vinaigrette Royale, tarragon and chives or Corn soup garnished with chanterelles and crème fraîche Pork cheeks Provencal with tomato, black olive and garlic served with polenta Vanilla crème brulee and chocolate pot de crème with almond tuile or Oregon raspbe

New Year's Eve at Castagna is a collection of favorite seasonal dishes and ingredients - with some delicacies added for the year end celebration.
