The RiverCity Bluegrass Festival is an interactive, community oriented event with many attendees bringing their families and instruments to play (referred to as jamming) in small groups throughout the Festival. There is always something to hear. Workshops for those who want to learn from the masters are offered at no additional charge. 4–10 p.m.
